Our 20×40 High Peak Tent brings your average backyard party to new heights! Good fit for graduation parties, bridal showers, baby showers, or other events.
Here’s What’s Included :
- 20x40 white, high-peak frame tent
- (8) 5ft round tables (seats 8 to 10 people)
- (3) 6ft long tables for serving
- (80) basic white folding chairs
- 11 of our softest White 100% Cotton Table Linens for round and long tables (washed and folded not pressed)
- White Led Globe String lights (2200k color temperature creates a candle lit dinner feel)
- optional sidewalls. (Let us know at checkout)
Price includes All Rental Items listed above plus taxes, 60% of the total charge covers the services provided including but not limited to scheduling, delivery, travel time, tent setup, and removal As well as tables chairs and linens brought under tent, cleaning and removal. Most companies have an additional charge for each item and service they provide but we made our bookings headache free.

*The price assumes the tent is getting set up in a backyard, on grass, at a private residence. If you need us to bring water barrels for concrete placement see our FAQ page below. Side walls are not available with barrel setup.
We include the cost of cleaning our cotton linens which can take a bit more effort than synthetic fibers.
IF YOU DONT WANT LINENS use code NOLINEN at checkout for $200 OFF your rental and
if you want your linens pressed please contact us as this costs $20 more per linen. (it costs us $28 per linen to have them pressed)
This package will comfortably seat 80 guests, if you need more seating or tables just add them to your cart before checking out!
Please Note we will be using 3’ stakes in the ground. We are not responsible for damages to grass, any underground pipes, wires or systems.
