-200 chairs, normal plastic white or upgraded to elegant cushioned resin chairs,
-20-24 round tables with table cloths (8-10 guest per table)
- 6-12 long serving tables with table cloths
(all of our tent rentals come with optional wrap around lighting and sidewalls for no additional cost)
Plus maybe even rent a few high top cocktail tables for your standing guests. Or if you expect less seating guests you could swap out some round tables and chairs for some high tops.

In larger configurations like these, we align the stakes within the tent close together to group them closer to the legs, so you can decorate the center poles if you like once everything is set up, it is best to be sure no one is able to access any of our straps, stakes or other equipment to maintain a safe environment for your guests.
