Special Request (same day take down/ weekend setup/outside normal schedule etc.)

All tent rentals* include delivery cost within our normal schedule. Setup/Delivery is usually a day or two before your event, and take down is a few days after along our most efficient routes for no added cost.


If you need same day setup or take down we can arrange our schedule to accommodate your specific requirements for a special request fee. Multiple special requests fees may apply for larger setups, or special requests involving multiple days, please note we may have to adjust this fee after gathering full details for an event with time restrictions.


Any rentals without a tent are subject to a separate delivery fee*

Pricing & Policies

All items above plus taxes included. 60% of the total covers booking, delivery, travel, setup, and removal—no surprises. *Assumes private-residence, grass-surface setup.

 

Safety Notices

  • 3′ Stakes: We drive stakes 3 feet into the ground—BZ Tent Rentals isn’t responsible for unmarked underground utilities (pipes, wires, sprinkler lines).
  • Concrete/Pavement Setups: You can consider renting water barrels for anchoring on hard surfaces.-Sidewalls unavailable with barrel anchoring.

To be Safe From Underground Hazards: If you’re concerned about buried utilities, you may want to call Dig Safe at 811 1 or 2 weeks before installation to have lines marked.
