Our Ingredient Standard Every cocktail is built with fresh-pressed citrus (squeezed day-of, never bottled), real cane sugar syrups (we make them in-house), real fruit and herb garnishes, and quality mixers. No artificial sweeteners. No premade sour mix. No high-fructose anything. If it's in your glass, we'd drink it ourselves.

Because BZ does not sell alcohol (you provide your own under our dry-hire model), we're not subject to the 5-hour service cap that applies to licensed caterers under M.G.L. Chapter 138, §12C. Your event can run as long as you need.

$10 per guest charge (covers premium ingredients + custom syrup creation). 20-guest minimum applies to all bookings. Staffing scales to protect our made-to-order service: 2nd bartender at 40+ guests (+$425), 3rd bartender + bar station expansion at 80+ (+$925 combined), 4th bartender at 120+ (+$425). Every cocktail is made fresh to order. The one exception is the opening arrival window: since most guests arrive together, we prepare welcome cocktails for a large portion of your guest count up front so everyone is greeted promptly, then return to made-to-order service for the rest of the event. Events of 160+ guests, please contact us for a custom quote.
