Special Request (same day take down/ weekend setup/outside normal schedule etc.)

All tent rentals and packages include delivery cost within our normal schedule. For weekend events we deliver/setup Thursday or Friday and pickup on Monday or Tuesday along our most efficient routes, setup is usually a day or two before your event.


If you need same day setup or take down we can arrange our schedule to accommodate your specific requirements for this special request fee.


Multiple special requests fees may apply for larger setups, or special requests involving multiple days, please note we may have to adjust this fee after gathering full details for an event with particular time restrictions.


All rentals without a tent are also subject to a separate delivery fee.

Mobile bar services are not subject to a same day setup and take down fee.

This 6ft x 2.5 ft table is great for hosting all the food and snacks for the party, or it can be used for extra seating. 

They work great along the perimeter of the tent. 

Our Tables are in brand new condition, so they look great as it but 100% Cotton table linens can be added for $20 per table. We suggest this for a more elegant look and feel. our Table cloths are 60”x 126” 

FOR LARGER ORDERS

Please contact us if looking for more chairs or tables than what is available in our online calendar, we keep the majority of our tables and chairs reserved for our party packages with tents so there is a chance we may have more available so please call for larger orders so  can confirm availability and send a direct invoice instead .

(if you order just tables or chairs without  a tent there is a delivery fee which varies depending on your requirements)

Unfortunately we do not allow customer pickups.
