    Special Request (same day take down/ weekend setup/outside normal schedule etc.)

    All tent rentals and packages include delivery cost within our normal schedule. For weekend events we deliver/setup Thursday or Friday and pickup on Monday or Tuesday along our most efficient routes, setup is usually a day or two before your event.


    If you need same day setup or take down we can arrange our schedule to accommodate your specific requirements for this special request fee.


    Multiple special requests fees may apply for larger setups, or special requests involving multiple days, please note we may have to adjust this fee after gathering full details for an event with particular time restrictions.


    All rentals without a tent are also subject to a separate delivery fee.

    Mobile bar services are not subject to a same day setup and take down fee.

    Measure job area in person when software is unclear

    We do our best to save you costs by measuring everything using special software remotely, usually with a combo of our software and photos from you we can manage to get an accurate layout of the setup. 

    For larger or tricky setups that you are unable to measure or our software isn’t working for you can arrange a time for us to come out in person to measure the area and assess the best setup.
