    Special Request (same day take down/ weekend setup/outside normal schedule etc.)

    All tent rentals and packages include delivery cost within our normal schedule. For weekend events we deliver/setup Thursday or Friday and pickup on Monday or Tuesday along our most efficient routes, setup is usually a day or two before your event.


    If you need same day setup or take down we can arrange our schedule to accommodate your specific requirements for this special request fee.


    Multiple special requests fees may apply for larger setups, or special requests involving multiple days, please note we may have to adjust this fee after gathering full details for an event with particular time restrictions.


    All rentals without a tent are also subject to a separate delivery fee.

    Mobile bar services are not subject to a same day setup and take down fee.

    INFO ABOUT HEATER RENTALS.
    the typical tent heaters we use will require propane which we do not provide.

     Info about propane: 

    Keep in mind this rental charge does not include propane tank or power cord and we can not handle propane pickup for you for safety reasons, you will have to handle that yourself. A regular grill propane tank is best to connect, we suggest setting the heat to lowest setting and keeping an extra tank on standby for longer events.
