anything that interferes with our normal schedule is subject to a fee, depending on the requirements of setup and take down it may be more. 

All tent rentals* include delivery cost within our normal schedule. Setup/Delivery is usually a day or two before your event, and take down is a few days after. Weekend rentals are setup Thursday or Friday and take down is Monday or Tuesday along our most efficient routes for no added cost. 

If you need same day setup or take down we can arrange our schedule to accommodate your specific requirements for an extra fee which may be applied twice for larger setups.

Any rentals without a tent are subject to a separate delivery fee*
